Call for Tutorials

The Fifth International Conference on Advances in Computing, Communications and Informatics (ICACCI-2016) will be held in Jaipur, India during September 21-24, 2016.. The Conference is technically co-sponsored by IEEE Communications Society and IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society. ICACCI provides an international forum for exchange of ideas among interested researchers, students, developers, and practitioners in the areas of computing, communications, and informatics. Since its inauguration in 2012, ICACCI has developed into a reputable conference and is well attended by experts in all aspects related to computing and information from all over the world. The technical program of the Conference will include tutorials, regular technical sessions, symposiums, workshops, demos and plenary/keynote speeches.

ICACCI 2016 will be hosting a series of Tutorial Sessions (half-day). The Organising Committee solicits proposals for tutorials for presentation at the conference. Topics of the proposed tutorials should be aligned with the topics in the call for papers for the main conference. Proposals must provide an in-depth survey of the chosen topic with the option of describing a particular piece of work in detail. A meaningful summary of open issues in the topic should be included.

Proposals should be submitted no later than June 5, 2016 via email at  icacci.jaipur@gmail.com as a single PDF file containing the following information:

  • and other information that helps us to decide the best proposals

Proposals will be evaluated by a committee and voted upon based on merit and relevance. The tutorial presenters will be required to provide comprehensive tutorial notes (printable slides) prior to the event, which may then be published on the ICACCI web site.

Organizers of the accepted tutorials will receive one free registration (includes publication of one accepted paper) to their tutorial.  Local support including necessary logistics support will be provided to all the speakers.
