Call for Late Breaking Results Posters

The Fifth International Conference on Advances in Computing, Communications and Informatics (ICACCI-2016) will be held at The LNMIIT, Jaipur, India on September 21-24, 2016. ICACCI provides an international forum for exchange of ideas among interested researchers, students, developers, and practitioners in the areas of computing, communications, and informatics. Since its inauguration in 2012, ICACCI has developed into a reputable conference and is well attended by experts in all aspects related to computing and information from all over the world. The technical program of the Conference will include tutorials, regular technical sessions, lightning talks, poster sessions, symposiums, workshops, demos and plenary/keynote speeches.

Another feature for ICACCI this year will be a Late Breaking Results Poster Session in which researchers have an opportunity to present recent results. We believe this Late Breaking Results Poster Session will be a great addition to ICACCI and we strongly encourage you to submit your interesting new work to this session.  This session is ideal for researchers to get feedback on their work prior to submitting it for formal publication.

Prospective poster presenters should submit a 1-3 pages abstract in PDF by August 25 through EDAS conference management system. Manuscripts should be written in English. It is required that the manuscript follows the standard IEEE camera-ready format (IEEE standard format, double column, 10-point font). Submissions must include title, abstract, keywords, author and affiliation with email address. Topics of interest are the same as research topics of ICACCI'16 main tracks:

The IEEE templates in Microsoft Word (US Letter) and LaTeX format can be found at: Further instructions are posted at

Decisions will be made as soon as possible, but not later than August 31, 2016. Final abstracts for accepted posters will be due by September 4, 2016. At least one of the authors of each accepted poster is expected to be present at the poster during the entire poster session. The sessions will be scheduled on the forenoon of Sept 22 and 23, 2016 (10.30am-11.30am).

Authors of accepted submissions will be given a 20-minute time slot to display their posters and present the work. The poster template can be downloaded at print your poster on a dimension of 24 inches x 36 inches (A1 size).

The abstracts of posters will be published in the conference proceedings (The abstracts WILL NOT be published in IEEE Xplore). To be published in the Proceedings, an author of an accepted poster is required to register for the conference (fee is INR 4000 for Indian authors or USD 75 for foreign authors).
