International Workshop on Social Networks and e-Services (SNeS-2013)

The incredible growth of the Internet is successfully making a range of e-services a part of citizens' everyday life. Social networking forms a vital part of online activities of Web users. It involves plenty of relationships and interactions within a group of individuals, which often plays a central role as a medium for the feast of information, ideas, and influence among its members. Social networks in a way is changing e-services and helping it towards new directions. However, opportunities and limitations of social networks for providing e-services should be carefully studied so as to be fully utilized. The second International Workshop on Social Networks and e-Services (SNeS-2013)  provides a forum for users, engineers, and scientists in academia, industry, and public administration to present their latest findings on social networks and their influence in e-Services.


SNeS 2013 invites original and unpublished work from individuals active in the broad theme of the Workshop. Authors should submit their papers online using EDAS. Unregistered authors should first create an account on EDAS to log on. Further guidelines for submission are posted at:

All papers that conform to submission guidelines will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. The manuscripts should be submitted in PDF format. Acceptance of papers will be communicated to authors by email. At least one full paying author of each accepted paper must register for the Conference before the indicated deadline. Accepted papers will be published in the ICACCI 2013 Proceedings which will be available through IEEE Xplore® after the conference.
